The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests or questions. The outdoor space was lovely, with a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. the breakfast provided was absolutely delicious, with a special Balinese cake that I already miss!
The shower water was cold, which was not mentioned in the description, leading to an unpleasant surprise. The bed was also uncomfortable, sinking in the middle and in need of flipping.

I recently stayed at Yasa in Ubud for a week and it was one of the best hostels I've ever experienced. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The beds are big and comfortable, just as they appear in the pictures. The breakfast provided was delicious, and I appreciated being able to make coffee or tea whenever I wanted. The hostel has a calm and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a good night's sleep, but also offers opportunities to socialize and meet amazing people. The location is convenient, close to restaurants, temples, and the Ubud Palace.
I highly recommend this hotel.

The outdoor seating area and koi pond added a nice touch to the ambiance.
